What we collect and how we use it.

Still Licensed is a CEU tracking tool for licensed clinicians, operated by Thomas Bruketta as a sole proprietorship (“Bruketta”). This page summarizes what data we store, why, and what you can do about it. Plain English first; the detail is below.

What we store

Your email address and hashed password (handled by our auth provider, Supabase).
The license states, renewal dates, license numbers, and CEU entries you add to your account.
Billing metadata from Stripe if you subscribe (customer ID, subscription status, current period end). We never see your payment card.
Basic web analytics (page views, performance metrics) via Vercel Analytics and error reports via Sentry. Both are configured to strip personally identifying request data.

What we don't collect

No client names, session notes, or PHI.
No tracking cookies for advertising.
No selling or sharing your data with third parties.

Your rights

You can export your data as JSON or CSV from Settings at any time, and you can delete your account by emailing us at support@stilllicensed.com. Deletion removes your row from our database.
