The basics of using Still Licensed.

Operator

Still Licensed is operated by Thomas Bruketta as a sole proprietorship (“Bruketta”). Almost Licensed (almostlicensed.com) is a separate product from the same operator. These terms apply only to Still Licensed.

Use of the service

Still Licensed is a tool to help licensed clinicians track CEU credits toward license renewal. Use it for its intended purpose. Don't abuse it, reverse-engineer it, or use it to store data that doesn't belong to you.

Your account

You're responsible for your account, including keeping your password safe. One account per person.

Your responsibility for renewal

Still Licensed helps you track your credits, but you are solely responsible for meeting your state board's renewal requirements. We do our best to keep state requirements current, but rules change. Verify with your state board before submitting.

Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from Settings → Manage billing. Refunds are handled case-by-case — email support@stilllicensed.com.

Liability

Still Licensed is provided as-is. We work hard to keep the service reliable and your data safe, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service or accept liability for licensure decisions made based on the information in your account.

We'll update this page and the "last updated" date when we change these terms. Material changes will be noted at the top.
