Counselors and MFTs need a tracker that respects the differences
Therapist credentials look similar from the outside but each state's CE rule sits in its own statute. The licensed counselor role goes by LPC in Oregon and Arizona, LPCC in California, and LCPC in Illinois. Same role, four different rule sets. Arizona has no LPCC at all under ARS 32-3301; only LPC and LMFT exist for that branch of the field. Illinois runs separate IDFPR sub-boards for LCPC and LMFT with different category mixes: LCPC carries a 3-hr ethics mandate and a 9-hr clinical-supervision training at second renewal, and the LMFT rule book has neither. A tracker that lumps every behavioral-health credential into a single profile misses every one of these distinctions.
Still Licensed treats each state-credential pair as its own profile with its own hours, categories, and statute citations. Hold a California LMFT and an Oregon LPC, and you see two distinct dashboards inside one account, each with the right rules for that board.
The credentials we currently support are LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LMFT, and LMHC. We expand only after primary-source verification of the board rule, the cycle, and the category breakdown. We do not list a credential we have not verified.

Questions clinicians ask
Which therapist credentials are supported?
LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LMFT, and LMHC across the 10 states we cover, wherever the credential exists. Arizona has no LPCC per ARS 32-3301 / 32-3303, so we do not list one. New York, Texas, Florida, Alaska, and Colorado are LCSW-only at the moment, with counselor and MFT coverage on the roadmap once we verify each board rule.
My state has separate boards for counselors and MFTs with different rules. Will this handle that?
Yes. The data model is credential-scoped, not just state-scoped. Illinois LCPC and Illinois LMFT live under separate IDFPR sub-boards with different category mixes, and each one is its own profile with its own statute references. You can hold both and watch each renewal cycle independently.
Can a single CE event count toward two state licenses?
Yes. A telehealth therapist licensed in Oregon and Washington can log one course and have it count toward both renewal cycles. Multi-state membership lives in a junction table rather than a state column on each entry.
How is this different from CE Broker?
CE Broker is the board-mandated reporter in some states (Texas and Florida among our coverage). It remains the system you submit to. Still Licensed is the planning layer beneath it: deadline countdown, category awareness, multi-state visibility before you log into the regulator’s tool.
